Accommodations & Transport

We partner with a range of accommodations from luxury 5-star hotels to heritage properties, depending on your preferences and budget.

All our tours include private, air-conditioned vehicles with professional English-speaking drivers. Shared transport is used only if specifically requested or for group tours.

Breakfast is usually included. Lunch and dinner depend on your chosen itinerary. We cater to dietary restrictions if notified in advance.

Booking & Reservations

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during India’s peak travel seasons (October–March).

You can start by submitting a tour inquiry via our website or contacting our travel consultants directly. Once we finalize your custom itinerary, we’ll send you an invoice and required forms. Your booking is confirmed after we receive the signed documents and deposit.

Absolutely. All our tours are tailor-made to suit your interests, budget, and pace. We work closely with you to personalize your experience.

Payments & Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit per person is required to confirm your tour. The balance is due either 2 days or 7 days before the tour start date, depending on seasonality.

We accept payments through our secure online payment portal using credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and bank transfers. No additional service fee is charged for credit card payments.

Yes. All payments are held in a trust account and distributed only to service providers. We do not use your money for operational expenses before delivering services.
